From traditional residence halls to suites, UC Berkeley has a variety of affordable sleeping accommodations and meeting facilities for your summer conference or event.
For the convenience of your guests, sleeping accommodations, dining facilities, and meeting locations will be located near each other, or even in the same building or complex. Your sales coordinator can help you customize your package.
Guests have access to our services and amenities, including access to Berkeley’s many recreation facilities, gyms, and pools.
Our premier venues have everything you need to accomplish your goals, from all-purpose rooms in our residence halls (also known as Units) to the conference center at Clark Kerr to inspiring views at one of the newest and most exclusive locations in the Bay Area: California Memorial Stadium.
Your dining facility will be based on your meeting and sleeping accommodations. Each of our dining facilities has its own executive chef, unique menu, and atmosphere. We also have a registered dietician available to support our customers.
A minimum number of guests is required for dining services to operate at each residence hall complex. This number may be attained in combination with other conferences. Your conference coordinator will handle the logistics. Locations may vary.
In addition to organic, seasonal food, our excellent rates include unlimited servings at every meal.
- Breakfast: $10.75
- Lunch: $12.95
- Dinner: $15.50
Please note that hours of operation for the dining commons on campus vary by location and semester. Often, they will be as follows:
- Breakfast: Daily 7 a.m.–9 a.m.
- Lunch: Daily 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m.
- Dinner: Daily 5 p.m.–8:30 p.m.
