Rental rates include standard furniture arrangements. Specialty linens and furniture may be available at an additional charge.

  • Half-day rental (up to 4 hours): $3,000
  • Additional hours: $250 per hour

Qualified events are eligible for additional discounts. For instance:

  • Endowment Seating Program (ESP) seat holders get 20% off room rentals.
  • UC Berkeley Affiliates get 20% off room rentals.
  • Multiple room rentals entitle the renter to 20% off the lowest priced room.
